WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

To prioritize hygiene and the intimate nature of jewelry, all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or defective. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for details.

If you need to change your order, please contact us at info@chictrio.com. Note that once we have processed and shipped your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Your order can be canceled before it has been shipped, so please contact Customer Service (info@chictrio.com) as soon as possible.

HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY JEWELRY?  

Gently wipe natural stones/pearls with a dry microfiber cloth. Avoid chemicals, water, or steam. Store in our provided pouch to protect against scratches and oxidation.  

WHAT QUALITIES AS A QUALITY ISSUE”?

Defects in materials or craftsmanship (e.g., broken chains, unsecured gemstones, tarnishing within 7 days of delivery). Artificial damage is not covered.   

DO YOU OFFER REPAIRS?

Yes, we provide one-year repair services for manufacturing flaws. Please refer to our International Warranty for details.
